I'm Jen , an Independent Support Expert and a Microsoft Consumer like y'all, cheers for reaching out.

If you become an error message saying "Upload blocked", "Sign into save this file", or "Save a copy", yous may demand to remove and reconnect OneDrive.

Have you lot tried doing this?

Thank you so much for your reply and help.

I followed all those steps simply when I get to "Account" (step 3), I deceit click "Remove Service". There simply isn't a push button there. I just take 1 business relationship however, I'm not sure if that is the reason why.

Am I missing something?

To dominion out the possibility that the problem is with OneDrive itself, use your browser to sign in at https://onedrive.live.com and see if that works.

Hi Jen. I have the 2016 Microsoft Word version.

Also I don't have any installed Add together-ins from Adobe. At least I don't think so.

Is this what the fix is referring to? I am a footling lost!

Howdy Jen and Stefan, I managed to fix information technology and figure it out.

My issue was under File / Business relationship / Privacy Settings / All Connected experiences.

I only disabled it and now information technology seems to be working perfectly.

Do you think this is fine? I'm non shooting myself in the human foot past disabling this am I?

I'thou just worried I may have several futurity problems past disabling this.

OK, that means OneDrive is working properly.

The message in Give-and-take would suggest that synchronizing to OneDrive fails. If you open up a document directly from OneDrive, via File > Open, does that work?
